SMEs and Corporates
Culture, strategy, and people aligned. We support leaders to inspire, retain talent, and drive sustainable business performance.
We Understand
If you’re leading a business, you’ve felt the pressure: markets shifting, customers demanding more, and the competition for talent intensifying. You need your leaders to inspire people, retain great staff, and keep culture strong while delivering results. But too often, managers step into leadership without the right support — and that’s when performance, engagement, and retention start to slide. Gallup estimates this costs businesses US$438 billion annually in lost productivity.
How We Can Support
Partnering with your team, your HR and Learning Development teams, we co-create a customised leadership plan that seamlessly integrates technical and management expertise with essential leadership competencies. Our approach includes developing robust evaluation methods to measure impact, ensuring that the training is not only effective but also aligned with your organisation’s strategic goals.
Results
Leaders who communicate with impact and confidence
Teams that feel engaged, valued, and motivated to perform
Cultures that align with your business strategy and values
Tangible improvements in retention and productivity
Impact
Our work with corporate clients shows consistent ROI. Leaders gain greater self-awareness, improve communication, and engage their teams more effectively. Organisations report stronger succession pipelines, healthier cultures, and reduced turnover. Independent ROI studies show leadership development delivers returns of 5–7 times the initial investment — through increased productivity, higher retention, and stronger performance.
Case Study
From siloed pressure to trust, high functioning team and tangible global impact
When Australian Agricultural Company Limited (AACo) engaged Elevate, the challenge was not technical capability. It was the people side of performance inside one of Australia’s most established and internationally recognised agribusinesses. Established in 1824, AACo is Australia’s largest integrated cattle and beef producer, with operations spanning around 6.5 million hectares across Queensland and the Northern Territory and premium beef products reaching customers around the world.
Against that backdrop, AACo’s Customer Experience team had been operating under sustained pressure during and after COVID, with low engagement, staff turnover, siloed ways of working, and the cumulative impact of repeated process and system changes, leadership transitions, and restructuring discussions. The team’s work was highly transactional and internationally focused, yet team members often felt under-recognised despite their critical role in the functioning of the business and the broader customer journey.
Elevate-CLE designed and delivered a tailored 12-week systemic team coaching process, working with both the Customer Experience team and its manager. The focus was not on generic leadership theory, but on helping the team function more effectively in its real-world context by building trust, strengthening communication, increasing openness, and supporting a more connected and constructive team culture. A clear team alliance anchored the work in shared commitments such as honesty, accountability, openness, respect, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn. The process included a blend of online and in-person workshops, meetings, coaching sessions, and regular briefings and debriefings.
AACo reported meaningful shifts. The team became more open to working as a team rather than as siloed co-workers. Individuals and the team as a whole became more solution-focused, more willing to contribute honestly, and more proactive in sharing process improvements. Stress reduced, role clarity improved, and trust strengthened both within the team and between the team and manager. Just as importantly, team members began to reconnect with the value of their role, developing a stronger sense of purpose and contribution rather than experiencing work as simply transactional. The manager also began shifting towards a more coaching-based leadership approach.
Over time, these changes created a stronger foundation for performance. The team showed greater commitment, improved consistency, fewer mistakes, and higher-quality delivery. For SMEs and corporates, this is where leadership support makes a real difference. Stronger communication, healthier culture, and more engaged teams do not just improve morale. They help create the conditions for better retention, stronger collaboration, and more sustainable performance.
